Welcome to my portfolio! My name is Nikhil Chacko, and I'm a UX professional and service designer with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. With several years of experience in the industry, I've honed my skills in human-centered design, user research, data analysis, and service design.

My approach is simple: understand the problem and develop effective solutions that enhance the end-user experience while keeping business needs in mind. I've worked on projects across a range of industries, including B2B, B2C, and B2E solutions. My expertise in user research and data analysis allows me to gain qualitative and quantitative insights into customer needs and behaviors.

I use this information to inform UX decisions and drive improvements in key metrics such as conversion rates and net promoter scores. I have a deep understanding of service design principles, which enables me to design end-to-end service experiences that deliver real value to both customers and businesses.

In my role as a service designer, I work collaboratively with teams to create seamless experiences across all touchpoints. I'm passionate about ensuring that every aspect of the user journey is considered, from the initial discovery phase to the post-purchase experience.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Master's degree in product design from Coventry University. My education has provided me with a solid foundation in design thinking and problem-solving, which I apply to every project I work on.
